wow!!!!today my training only four ppl attend nia so shiok ownage hahaha.i and alex own the p5 siah.shiok.starting when i reach i saw alex den after the gal training we play shootinh then the gal ask us to play four on four we own the gal.gal are useless.hahha.den start training do all normal drill den we play p6 vs p5 play match loser sucide run den we own the p5 hahah,damn shiok den play fastbreak haha.i own them hahah.i too fast liao,no choice hahah den go home slp haha

today training suckage!!!!!i one person do le 230 push up in the whole training then muscle ace wah fucking pain and my teammate also do 200+++ push up then i after doing the push up we went for a shot,then all my teammate all air ball coz no strength hahaha.then after my training go home then slp hahah

topic for today,training at nus school.first,i go woodland mrt station meet my snr then take bus to newton.then reach le play match wif my snr,then play awhile kranji sec come to nus school for friendly wif my snr.then i hav my own training as well.damn tired,kept on running like mad dog.then after traning i ask my snr which team win then my snr tell me they win wah the kranji ppl so tall,they thunder can also the full court sia,damn strong.then go bak wif my snr then reach home le do the same thing i bath eat slp untill 5.20 then go civil centre the ktv sing untill 8 then come bak hahahah.........finsh posting le

today topic:training first wake up at 6.45 then wash up then changed then go tak mrt to newton for training when i reach nus,i saw my teammate sec 1 boy then play match wif them then my snr come then i and my 4 snr play match wif all sec 1 boys then nus ppl come say that they book the court the whole day.then one of my snr called the teacher in-charge then the teacher in charge ask us go bak woodland ring for training then when we go out of the court we saw many of our snr coming then we say to them go bak woodland ring sec sch then all we go bak woodland ring sec sch together like one whole big gang like 20++++to 30 person like tat then reach sch le then start training damn tough kept running then after training come home bath then go eat then come bak then i slp hahahahah then 6pm i wake up then watch tv then go eat then come bak home

wow....long time no post liao......let start the topic.......first i woke up at 6.50 then get changed and go nus for training wow........from woodland go untill so far for training.....from 9am to 12pm......then take shuttle bus bak to woodland ring sec sch.....then raining damn big then i was like running like siao to the bus stop..........then reach home then bath eat then slp........hahahaha......damn tired sia......then wake up le on laptop then talk to je haha.......finsh posting le.......remember horh,je rock forever

wow.....today u13 training rock on.....damn fun....we go unity sec school training we vs the gal team also u13....i veri pro....intercepted the gal ball more than ten time hahaha....unbelieveable right??? hahahahah......then after the training,went to SAS to see match combined school vs the SAS PPL win by 1 point lucky day for us.......hahahah........my last sentence,je ROCK ON!!!!!!
